One of my favorite parts of this website is highlighting locally owned businesses. Our local shops, restaurants, tradespeople, and service providers help make Tallahassee unique, and I love sharing them with others. I’m also a bit of a research nerd.

I spend a surprising amount of time reading peer-reviewed studies on topics like negotiations, home values, buyer psychology, marketing, and what actually helps people buy and sell homes successfully. My goal is simple: give my clients advice that’s based on evidence, not just industry tradition.
